Thanks for be posting, it’s SUPER interesting! 🤘🏽
Haha. I freakin love it. Makes the car sound so much better. I installed a pedal commander today as well and spent some time finding a setting that I liked. Now the car has the feel I was after. I’m a wild one.

::chuckling:: I’d say! You should record it one day and post it.

The pedal commander is cool, but I would not want to look at it. I would like it if it was plug, play, and put away.

Here's a plug and play version:

I’m imagining the flap opens and closes more or less often and for longer depending on the drive mode. In eco mode it probably never opens haha

Opens in Eco at the same point it does in SportS+, at roughly 3500rpm

Actually it's not RPM or drive mode dependent, it's actuated by engine vacuum. Floor the throttle at any RPM, vacuum drops and the flap opens. Drive at a steady 3500 RPM the flap stays closed.

It is RPM dependent. Says that right in the repair information. Otherwise, why have an electrically switched valve?

It’s Bluetooth. It’s stashed down next to my drivers seat. Can’t see a thing.

Did anybody ever get a dyno test on the IS F? I saw the mention of the 1/8 mile times changing for the better with the flap left running like normal.
