New IS convertible
Hello all! I really did not know the best place to post this since there is no "General Lexus" forum. So here goes:
Has anyone any idea (ballpark) of the price of the new IS250C? I been saving a lot of money to buy the IS250 but then I fell in love with the convertible. I know that no price information has been released. Any idea when that might happen?
Thanks everyone!

hehe ok...then one more question...can you explain please "fullyloaded"? Im guessign with all bells and whistles not found in the "base" car. So that means with no base and whistles it should be cheaper....

yea base mean no heated seats, no nav, no premium sounds system, no 18" wheels, no sport tuned suspension package, no HIDs, no rain sensing wipers, no adaptive front lighting system...umm what else?
honestly, i have a base '08 IS250 with only NAV as an option...and i find that the rest of the base options are better than i expected for base model...you still get leather seats, ac/heat am/fm radio, sunroof power windows/door locks, key FOB/keyless entry, push button start...it's fairly great for a base model compared to other companies...
only thing that i guess would come in handy sometimes would be the Air cooled/heated seats...buts its not that big of a deal to me to spend an extra $2k for that option when i can just open a window...

Even if you get a lexi thats fully-loaded like me you still gonna want to get mods for it..... A Fully-loaded LEXi in the Lexus World is a Stock LEXi in the Modded World.....

I think the base IS250C would be 40-41k and the IS350 will be 44-45k. Trust me on this one! The different to the regular IS at least 8k to add the hardtop convertible. I'm sure you won't be spend under 40k for a hardtop convertible IS. Let see when they come out.

Yea, I sunk alot of bones into my IS, and not to turn around and sell it to get another car and eat that depreciation, at least not until the C works out the kinks for model year 2!
