I'm digging the brown! I still like the desert sage/almond colored 2IS.
Someone on these forums with the artisan fenders (ATK or something) has the rootbeer color. I guess he's got to repaint for a more original color now. Sucks!

FU lexus for getting rid of SGM lol. Thats enough for my next car NOT to be a lexus (true story. already know my next car, just waiting for me to be comfortable to make the EXPENSIVE payments)

 

Hopefully the 3IS will come out next year and blow us away. Hopefully.

 

So is Fire Agate Pearl a dark brown or a dark maroon?

I like the new colors especially the Fire Agate, but not enough to replace my Starfire Pearl.

 

Seems like other than the new colours, and moving the trac-off switch to the left side of the steering wheel there isn't much new, unlike the IS F which is getting new wheels, larger tires and new shocks.

Still, they could rework some of the option packages, that might appeal to some people, but it doesn't seem like Lexus USA is doing that much on the IS. In Canada they seem to tweak the option packages a bit more often sometimes.

The (217) is stargazer black, it's a 2011 color, not sure if available in the US.

 

217 is available in a number of countries (including Canada), but not in the USA. Not on the IS anyways, it is available on the RX.
