Hello all I purchased a 2010 Is250C with 40K miles only with very small rear Accident from one of my customers at work i know from many years. fixed up everything car looks great but top will not open. Cant seem to find good Shop in south Florida to look at it. no luggage Error codes and when i try to lower it, all windows goes down. but no power or movement on the top or the trunk lid itself. so Question is is there any specific fuses I should check before I go any further?
Side Note Trunk carpet and rear Plastic piece is missing from the car as the car was slightly damaged from back and i have ordered rear plastic trim (That covers the trunk latch by the bumper ) and floor carpet. luggage covers r intact and both sides floor carpets are installed. maybe there are any sensors in trunk i should look at ?

There is a fuse panel in the trunk. It is on the drivers side, on the back of the rear seat, near the floor.
