If Sewell online parts store was still up you could get it there. You can find the set on Ebay or check with your local Stealership. I got the set in mine. Here's another guys photo

I got all the parts from amazon. Toyota Genuine Parts 58192-53061 (Foot Rest), TOYOTA Genuine 47121-53010 Automotive-Brake-Pedals & LEXUS OEM FACTORY ALUMINUM SPORT GAS PEDAL 2006-2013 IS250 IS350 (You probably wanna make sure you get the right model for your year)
