Hi all,

I am sad because with my backpack, the convertible motor was stuck while opening the trunk and one of gears is broken. I can still open and close it if someone else helps me. I need to push a little bit one of the arms so the gear can follow its path.

Do you know if I can only replace the gear?

How easy will be replacing it ?
