Lexus ISF Clunk noise after PPE Header Install
Hello, I hope you're doing well! I got my PPE Headers installed and wow they are great! Although I noticed a clunk when steering quickly to the right or left at low speeds. I noticed it under the front driver side of the car. I Jacked up my car and noticed the Steering Rod Yolk / Knuckle was very close to the Headers. I am thinking that this is causing the clunk sound as when turning sharp at low speeds it hits the header. I did know if from you all's experience you think it could be that or if something else makes more sense ? I appreciate any help on this as I've tried to get the shop to fix it but they said they checked everything they worked on... even though I went into it with no clunk before.... I attached a picture of the steering Rod I mentioned. Thank you

Hi,
I do not see any signs of wear on the steering knuckle, like rubbed off paint or paint transfer onto the header tube. So would think the cause would be in a different location. I would check all around the headers to look for any marks from rubbing.
Maybe check motor mounts/bolts? Driver side motor mount tends to go out first and cause more engine movement.
