Default OEM vs Carbon Fiber trim kits?

Hey guys, I have a question about the trim kits in the 2011.

Quick context: I had a previous post about the non-standard trim that the IS F came with:
2011 IS F - Is this a legit interior trim for the IS F?

So I am wanting to replace the current trim (centre console area, and the side door window button area)..

Question
I want to replace the trim with the (1) OEM "carbon-like" trim, or (2) buy a genuine carbon fiber trim.. as the current trim has a very tiny crack in it on the console.

I do prefer something like this, but struggling to find a trusted place to buy from:

I'm not sure what is the best place to buy either OEM or this kinda Carbon trim from.

From what I read, the cheaper eBay trim kits are not that good - is that true? Any one who has bought and used the eBay ones?
E.g. Carbon Fiber Interior Door Armrest Panel Trim Fit Lexus IS F 250 350 2006-2013

This is my first Lexus and so not sure about the best places to look yet.

Ideal would be OEM but can't seem to find.

The only OEM kits that I know of are TRD kits. But they are ungodly expensive and impossible to find. Also only for RHD cars. Otherwise white carbon fiber that came with our cars is the only other OEM option. Obviously anything you get aftermarket is not gonna be as good as OEM stuff.

Thanks, yeah even the white carbon would be ok with me. I see some on eBay, they aren't cheap either, and at which point I could almost justify just paying more for an actual carbon fibre one.

Sheesh yeah the one you linked are pricey as hell, imagine even more now.

There's a guy on Instagram that makes carbon fiber interior parts for the ISF. I have him on follow. I'll find it when I get home

Sweet, I'll email him and see what he comes back with.

There's also a few good wrap shops in my city that I could just take apart the trim for and give them to do a carbon wrap.

Thanks, his website has pretty reasonable prices. Looks to be sold out on his site at the moment but I'll reach out to him directly to see if he can do it - his work looks good to me
