Question Sell my low-mileage 2011 to my friend but at what price?

My friend is interested in my silver 2011 that has 50K miles. I'm the original owner. It's all stock except for a JoeZ catback. I thought about getting a baseline price at Carmax, but I think they lowball you if it doesn't have the OEM exhaust. I'm not interested in reinstalling it. Overall, I consider the car to be in good condition for a 14-year-old car. KBB says it's worth $30-$34K private party for good condition. Wow! Ads on Autotrader for older, multi-owner, or higher-mileage examples are in that price range. I don't know if any of these prices are realistic anymore. They seem very high for such an old car. Are these still in high demand? Isn't the pandemic over? What do you think?

For some reference, my buddy sold his 2011 a month ago with 80K miles for $36K, so $30-34K is kind of low. But he is also in California, and prices tend to be higher out here.

Low miles and it being a 2011+ I think it would be fair to do 40 or 37-40k range

Wow. Thank you for responding. We didn't think it would go for that much.

There were only about 5500 total ever available in NA, so a 2011 with the headlight update, interior updates including no melting dashboard, Limited Slip, and all the little goodies with only 50k miles is going to fetch a premium, especially before Race Wars...

Someone would have to be my real good, very best friend, Bubba and Forest style, for me to give them the low low on what you're driving. That said, if it's just another car and you want to be chill then slide it to them for whatever.
