After a few days of serious thought I've decided to share a little of the info given to me this past week. I've just received confirmation straight from Toyota, that the upcoming M3 competitor will be called the IS-F. I can't reveal too much, but I can confirm the name as stated above, the engine; 4.6L V8 and the official launch; Jan 07.

Engine will be the 5.0 V-8 not the 4.6.
