Great stuff.
For those complaining IS-F doesn't have enough power, remember they say 'more than' for the HP and torque figures. I think this car is going to be VERY fast, AND considerably cheaper than cars that might be slightly faster (or not) like RS4, C55, M3, etc.
I don't care for the looks to be honest. Looks like a cross between an IS, an Acura RSX and a Subaru WRX Sti to me. Too 'boy racer' like, but I think it will appeal to its intended market mostly. It's definitely not 'Germanic'.![Big Grin](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
As for complaints about not having a manual tranny - get over it - BMW has all but given up on manual trannies on really high horsepower cars, MB long ago gave up. Manual trannies actually SUCK on really high horsepower cars - most people can't even come close to shifting smoothly and accelerating hard - they just jerk every shift with the passenger's head whipping forward then backward.![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
As for the LF-A concept - it has the goods, but I still don't like the 'anteater' front end.![Sad](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/sad.gif)

they are still saying 400+hp in their press release and 350ftlbs+ for torque...

They are probably not done in finalizing those numbers yet, they probably are still working on them, plus I think they probably will keep it secret until close to release date . . .

I believe flipside was mentioning this earlier... but he was totally right when he was saying Lexus was definitely hinting us of things to come with that blue Team Lexus IS350 they brought to one of the meets!
I am confident this thing is going to be fast no matter what the final output they decide on. Look at the IS350, GS350, LS, etc... they are all pretty much on par or above par to where they should be against the competition as far as acceleration goes. And with the fact that this is a huge 5.0L... the torque curve should be very broad and flat with lots of useable power down low.
