I think the IS 500 is the cream of the crop in the IS line, in terms of design. What you guys/gals think?

The coupe's design is truly better than the vulgar IS-F.

The IS' already sleek lines seem much more curvier...mmm...

I don't know about the IS-F.

When I think of Lexus, I think of luxury and refinement...not 400+ HP sports cars.

What's the point of having such a car in the product line?

Does Lexus want to say to the world that they can build performance cars too?

not sure if I'm feeling the vertical dual exhaust, but I like it better than G37 though.

It still is a 5 liter engine (The IS-F)

But yeah, I agree... the IS500 is a design I would buy in a hearbeat, the IS-F is a design that makes me look at Audi and BMW offerings.

I definitely would go with the IS500 over the ISF. The later screams "boy-racer" with the side air vents. It doesn't fit the Lexus image. I'm sure the IS500 will give the M3 a run for it's money.

Absolutely beautiful, but they need to drop the exhaust. I'd pick that up any day over the ISF. ISF looks like a bad ground effects package has been added. IS500 is ultra smooth. Nice wheels too

Agreed 100%. The ISF will only be purchased by rich teenagers and developmentally retarded 20 and 30-somethings. It's a "look at me!" car that will cause comments about over compensating for certain small body parts.

If they made the IS500 in a four door i would like it. I have never been a fan of coupes there just too small.

IS500 is not real but the IS-F is! I think the IS-F is a bit too much IMO, I will have to wait until the real car out it hard to say now...

You know what, I think they will have an IS500 designed coupe coming out along with the hardtop convertible. Just like the Bimmers. What do you think?
And the IS-F will be act purely as an M3 killer.

Quick Reply: IS 500 better design than the IS-F. What you guys/gals think?
