Based on what I have been reading so far the IS-F will come standard with the Gun Metal Wheels? I would of hope that polish wheels from the blue prototype IS-F be consider standard. Anyone have any pictures of gun metal wheels on both white and silver cars? Not really feeling for gun metal finish. What are your thought? Is it a trend to have gun metal finish?

im gonna go out on a limb and say that those are the same wheel with the same finish.. the pictures are shown in different environments, with different lighting that affects how the gun metal finish looks.. i would think that this would be the standard wheel offering, with others listed as accesories/upgrades..
similar finish as the 2008 M3 wheels..

In a recent survey, polished and gunmetal were choices. The vote by the public went to gunmetal.

i'm one of the people that voted for a gunmetal finish. now that i think about it, i think i should have skipped the question. it's good that there's still giong to be an option for the polished, but it should be a no extra fee option when you order your is-f. i think that the gunmetal finish would look best on the black, red, and maybe smokey granite cars, but might look funny on all other colors. with the gunmetal finish, sometimes it looks like it's still a prototype (which it is but i wouldn't want the finished product to look like one); other times it looks like a $10 steelie (that's not good). i think my mind sees it that way because of the design of the wheel, you cna't really see through it. but i've yet to see the is-f so what do i know...
