I believe the flagship is associated within it's category. For example within the current IS models such as the IS 220d, IS 250 and IS 350, the IS-F is the flagship within the model line. Hopefully Lexus builds the GS-F and that would be the flagship within that model line, GS 350, GS 450h and GS 460 and so...
So when you hear //M or AMG, you don't associate with flagship?

Let's see what Lexus is thinking. Maybe trying to redefine something here, like CLS as a 4 dr coupe
