I like your numbers. My guess would be about 7,015 lbs fully loaded. That puts the IS-F 65lbs heavier than the M3 and 100lbs lighter than the C63 AMG. I think Lexus will maintain their emphasis on strength, reliability and cost so I don't think we will see a lot of re-engineering of powertrain and handling components just to save a few pounds here and there. From the pictures I have seen the only new panel is the fender vent side sill. Lexus may have gone to cf/plastic on that panel similar to what BMW has done with the new M3 front fenders and side sills.
Anyone know how many lbs can be saved by deleting the moonroof?
After digesting all the speculation I have seen and assuming the 6800 red line is correct, my final guess is 428hp, 376 lb-ft torque with a broad curve and 3650lbs to 3715lbs depending on how it is optioned. I would be one happy camper with those numbers.

3625lbs and 428hp would give the IS-F the same power to weight ratio as the 3815lb, 451hp C63 AMG. Given the way they were lighting up the tires at Laguna Seca, it should be a battle between the Merc and the Lexus for top dog honors in the quarter. The outcome will probably come down to who has the more optimal gearing and shift speeds.
