Non-synthetic Oil & filter change every 5k miles: $100
Cabin element filter every 15k miles: $50
OE Brake pads (20k miles with Los Angeles traffics): ~$400 at an Independent shop. $800+ at Lexus Dealer.
Brembo rotor: ~$300 each, excluding labor.
Diff fluid (30k miles (?): <$80
Tires (Avg: 20k miles): $1k - $2k, including alignment.
Tran & rad fluids: 100k miles.
If you're buying a used F, check for tires & brakes.

Considering a high performance IS-F, what will be the Maintenance cost associated with it....
How much will the Tires / Brakes last based on daily driver basis? How much can it cost to get it replaced?
Any impact of Maintenance cost with Lexus quoting as
"The engine also features a two-stage intake system, engine oil and transmission fluid coolers and an oil pump designed for high-speed cornering." ?
