Thanks a lot for your comments on the pics!
I actually added a side-shot picture. It isnīt very good but as requested I put it in. -EDIT: Removed it again, was actually the 1st pic I already posted; sorry for the confusion.- It was near impossible to get a good side shot as cars and info panels were placed very tight together and every time I moved away more than 2 steps, there naturally was a whole crowd in front of me.
The button for the power folding mirrors is this one:

Donīt know if it will be on US models, but generally I suppose Lexus will leave it as is now, same as for the different lighting. Europe: No DRL, no front and rear LED side lights, and for US no front fender blinkers and no rear fogs. Btw, side blinkers are the same as on the LS.
Speaking of lighting, I see that on the IS-F, the middle brake light is mounted a bit higher up. So itīs not hidden by the trunk lip.

Another (unsharp) pic I have is the one showing the rear cam image with the lines from the advanced parking system. Think to remember this isnīt available on US version too.

For the new emblem, I donīt think it is because of PCS, as this was already available with the old one. All the other cars -except the GS 300- had the new emblem too. Should be just a facelift. (and itīs more aerodynamic, haha)

The carbon look interior is imo only a plastic imitation, as it is not woven to the edges (~5mm are just flat with no structure). And, comparing to my CF overlay kit and other carbon parts, it does not have the same depth, it looks very thin.
The engine cover is for sure only plastic with imprinted carbon structure. I touched it and it feels like a plastic so rigid that it will break if you pull too hard on an edge. I think Lexus could have done better with this.
Another thing I donīt like is how the exhaust is installed. The pipes and the tips donīt even fit together. Sure you wonīt see that from a distance but knowing it is like that makes it feel a bit cheap.

I have a flyer with specs (although not definitive), will post it asap.
EDIT:
engine: 5.0l V8
power: 300kw/408PS
torque: 500Nm
max. speed: 270 km/h electronically limited
0-100km/h: 4.8 sec.
CO2 emission: 285g/km
that's all an not very much new.

the exhaust is kinda like the LS460-600h...were the tips don't actually connect to the exhaust...don't know why they did that tho...maybe so if you wanted to repair the bumper it would be easy instead of taking everything off... oh and just to make sure...the IS-F in the picture doesn't have side mirror blinkers right?...not too sure...

exhaust is made so, because it moves on engine running times, and making it inside the bumper whould just damage it.

Also, puting it not strait to exhaust pipes i think makes a little better look, because only you can see it when you have good lightning in it, other case it would be seen very easily and then i think i would look cheep.

For exhample, on RS4 those two big exhast pipes are also only an imitation, when inside there ar four of them, and when you stand behing rs4 with lights on, you can see everything how it is and looks cheep...

of course, it is only my opinion...

Yes, no blinkers in the side mirrors, only front fender side blinkers.

Very nice, thanks for sharing!

I really like the wheels depicted on this IS-F...like others have stated, "they look a bit more classy", but the placement of the "F" in the rear and around the car, the side wheel vents, side markers and the use of plastic imitating carbon are detractors in an otherwise good looking package. Not deal-breakers, just darn I wish they could have done it this way.

As far as the exhaust is concerned, if they chose function over form (which I highly believe is the case), regarding the connections, then kudos! Other makes, who shall rename nameless, may not have chosen to implement the exhaust that way; kudos to Lexus!

Does anyone know the wheel specs for the IS-F?

I really want to take this baby for a spin... If it rides as good as I imagine, then heaven help my wallet and have mercy on me for the endless nights ahead regarding choosing of interior and exterior color combinations!

The car looks better than I thought it would. I have been looking at the same blue one pictured in the mags. It kind of looked frumpy but these pictures, the shine and color are making my eyes glaze over. I wonder how much I would get for my IS350 if I trade it in but did I hear that the first year they are only bringing in 500 IF? 0-60 mph in about 4.6? Decisions, decisions lets see how much it costs.

Ditto; x2. With an ultra-low forecast of 500 units you can almost guarantee no budging whatsoever on whatever the suggested manufactures price ends up being. I'll go out on a limb and predict that the IS 350 will have impeccable to better than normal resale value, that should bode well for those considering trade-in or sale of their existing IS. However, if the 0-60 is only 4.6 to upgrade to the IS-F, from an IS 350...not sure if its worth the hassle, in relation to all that you may perceive to gain. The bottom line for me would be does the $ make Ē or could I get close for less in the aftermarket (-)warranty. Lots of research and cost analysis will pay dividends to my wallet and overall my happiness factor.

Here's a few more pics. I'd say it looks a lot more understated in the metal than I expected. The hood only looked swollen from one angle (photo included ) and it is definitely less awkward looking than expected.

The black interior was a bit dull though - white would've looked more special.

The only angle where the hood looks noticeably bigger.

The specs - still no specifics over 400PS and more than 500Nm torque

And why wasn't the newer LF-A concept at the show

Nice pics man, thanks!

As for the LF-A not being there, it's because Lexus is busy preparing to show the production version of the LF-A soon .
