Default Gas guzzler tax?

We seem to know almost every information except the price of this car. I have one question to guys here; with 18 combined MPG, can the IS-F still avoid a gas guzzler tax as it was repeatedly told before?

hm...is this for combined mpg of the city and highway...or do they just look at the higher mpg, which is the highway...

The LS460 gas mileage of
2007 19 city 27 highway
2008 16 city 24 highway

IS-F
2008 16 city 23 highway

I would say an IS-F driver could get similar fuel economy as an LS460 as long as they are both driven the same. The 2008 LS460 and IS-F number are almost the same except the highway is 1mpg lower. This is very impressive...
