hm...i wonder if an IS350 used drag radials...will it change the time that much?...but hm...4.4-4.6 is pretty good for a 335i sedan with procede mod...that mod cost 1500 with installation...not bad imo for that price since most people that get exhausts, intakes and headers can't even match that performance...for the cost of around 1500...

in the last video, the acceleration seems pretty fast upto 80. i was trying to use a stopwatch just to estimate the 0-60. do i start when the speedometer starts moving or the rpm? i used the speedometer start and got around 4-4.5 sec. but for some reason the cars accerlation isn't that great after 80.

Look at it this way, the IS-F being an 8-speed automatic, you'll get consistent 0-60 of 4.5ish every single time. Just mash the gas and go... with the M3 and RS4, you'd be hard pressed to drop the clutch every single time to get the 4.3ish times. I'll take the IS-F daily commuter any day.

Im not a expert on this stuff by any means so i could be way off. all I know is that 4.14 seems wrong unless the drag radials really help more than I think. All i know is when the magazines test this stuff they have to do multiple runs with good conditions (humidity, temp, etc) to get the best times. Road and Track was surprised and impressed with 0-60 sec in 4.1 sec and 1/4 mi in 12.4 sec for the M5 and M6. The fact that some guido off the street is getting those numbers at will is what seems wrong. Or maybe the drag radials help alot more. I think a stock Z06 does 0-60 in 4 sec and 1/4 in around 12. Some people have been getting under 11 sec for 1/4 with just drag radials.
