Do you like the IS-F front fascia??
anyone notice how bmws have a very agrresive front fascia, when i look at the if f i see a little bit of the old nissan sentra. im not taking away anything form the is f personally if i had the cash id trade my 350 in just for the power, but the design concept and the side vents just dont satisfy the $60,000 tag. maybe its just me or maybe some others have noticed this also, share your thoughts on the design! dont get me wrong i love my 350 and dont want this to be looked upon as a person that hates the is f and is classified as a lexus trader, i just think the design team could have produced a cleaner meaner vehicle.

no offense but i seriously think your one of those people who lack in style. many people believe the 2IS are much better looking than the new 3 series including the IS-F vs M3. when magazines were comparing the 2IS to the 3 series almost all magazines gave the style department to the Lexus and for you to say that otherwise shows your taste. also, there are some controversial parts about the IS-F's body but the front fascia is one that most people agree that looks phenominal especially from the front.

haha ya the 3 series is lacking style... actually ALL the bmws are lacking style.... they look all the same can there are so slight chances from each year for the last 12 years or so...

This IS-F is kinda goofy looking.
Why do you have to agree with the masses. Last time I checked the masses are a bunch of idiotic catle that just go along with what others have to say. Just because a magazine says something is sylish that means it has to be right, give me a break. Yeah the regular IS does look very stylish, but the IS-F looks kinda ricey and for 60K doesn't seem like that is the type of car I would buy. I don't see too many teenagers buying this car unless daddy cracks off for it. That is just what the design of this car reminds me of. The kid who looks like a moron with a body kit on his car that is bigger than the car itself. Not to mention I am sure they are numb and you dont feel the road like an Audi or Bimmer.
Hopefully I am wrong and the car looks better in person and handles like a dream, but I doubt it.

I have liked every 3 series bimmer but they are sort of plain when stock. Even modded it takes quite a few mods to put a lot of style into the car. It still looks good though, even stock.
But the IS model Lexus is waaaaay better looking than a 3 series, even the M3. The IS is one of the best looking cars on the road imo. If there were a coupe deriviative of the IS that would be super hot. The IS-F, if you haven't seen it in person, you don't understand. It's hot baby! The front facia looks like it sucks in gobs of air to feed the monster lurking underneath. It looks fast sitting still. It's hot!

I don't love the styling, but for sure I don't hate it. It just seems a litte bit too aftermarket to me, not like something Lexus would design. But I haven't seen it in person so couldn't really say much.

i concure, i have not seen it in person either but it does look a little aftermarket

After seeing it in person I really like the car but it is NOT a 65K car. I think it will fail if they price it that high.

Yes, but he was also talking about the NM car that he was traveling with. I'm guessing that the car will be more like 59k base and 67k fully loaded.
