Willow Springs Raceway is not really hard to distinguish. It's obvious they're up there to photo the car and test it.

I even see an old friend, the Toyota Motorsports Transporter in the background.

Yes it's a true IS-F that was modified by Five Axis. It started off as a Tungsten Pearl IS-F. There are SEMA build up videos floating around the forums about it.
