Haha yea
I have 105 on mine right now.
We should get together and cruise in our IS-F's someday. That'd be pretty awesome.
How old are you? I remember you saying it was your Dad's..

I could not find a recommended break-in procedure in the IS F manuals, and my dealer said that there was no break-in procedure, except that they recommend not using the cruise control for the first 1,000 miles because you do not want to break-in an engine at a constant RPM.

I'd assume the break-in process would be similar to other high performance cars. For the first 1k miles:
1. Keep below 85 mph
2. Vary RPMS, but keep below 4500 RPM
3. Avoid punching the gas while until the engine is warm
4. Avoid hard braking
Of course there are those who advise against "babying" the car, and recommend driving it like you stole it during the first 1k miles.
Enjoy your new car

On page 107 of the IS-F owner's manual it states:
-To extend the life of the vehicle, the following precautions are recommended to observe:
For the first 186 miles avoid sudden stops.
-For the first 621 miles:
-Do not drive at extremely high speeds
-Avoid sudden acceleration
-Do not drive continuously in the low gears
Do not drive at a constant speed for extended periods.
611 miles until mines broken in!
