Default Anyone Dyno Their IS-F?

Just curious if anyone has put their car on the dyno yet?????

I am an ex 2007 IS350 owner that just recently purchased a 2008 335i Sedan. I did some "minor" mods and am at 315 rwhp and would like to run an IS-F (just for fun of course). I'm fairly certain the IS-F will be UP on power but it also weight more than the 335i.

Any real world dyno graphs yet?

Peter, I have a feeling an is-f will show up during the tx2k8 event. You can ask him/her then. Hopefully their car will be broken in.

Are you considering trading up the 335 for a 'F'?

Automobile Magazine did a dyno of it.

I think I will dyno my car when I finish breaking it in...at 220 miles right now...

Oh and my friend has a 335i too that has the procede version 2 chip on it!

Bad - that would be GREAT! I would love to get one on the dyno and to race one at the track with my 335i. The ONLY issue I have with the F right now is the price...I payed $43,000 for my 335i with Sport/Premium and some other add ons. For $500 the car made 315 rwhp and 330 rwtq. I would be in another $23k or so for the F and I'm not convinced the F will pull that hard on the 335i I have. That is why I'm trying to find one to race...

Crazy - yea, I've seen that, I was just curious if one had dyno'ed in the real world on a dynojet lately. Again, being that the ISF weighs more (3,780 vs. 3,582 for the 335i) I would LOVE to see how they stack up against each other...

You could say the same about the new m3.. atleast $20-25k more. Do you want pure v8 n/a power or stick w/ the TT setup? I know you're a big baller so stick w/ your Toyota roots and get the is-f!

Btw, 335's are common now.. you can't be just another one of the many 335 guys now can you?

Bad - LOL, you know DAMN well I LOVE Toyota/Lexus...I guess I need to get beat by an IS-F OR someone needs to let me drive their IS-F in order to convince me! For what it's worth, the 335i made 330 rwtq at 2,000 rpm and held OVER 300 until 5,300 rpm, it feels like a V8!

if you have the 335 its hard to justify going to an M3, same goes for IS350 to IS-F

4 - agreed 100%, I now have a 384 hp 335i, I can't justify $20k to go with an M3.

not necessarily true. the 335 is mod friendly being a TT, as opposed to the IS350's mod ability. its easier and cheaper to reach the level of a M3 with a 335, as opposed to making a IS350 into an F. just the way i see it...
