There was definitely an exhaust on the RS-4. From what I've heard that car is not mod friendly like the IS350, so was probably only a few hp more than stock.

The most popular mod on the RS4 is the suspension: replacement of the hydraulic shocks with the stasis/ohlins setup. A few people like it more than the stock setup, as the original ones can leak sometimes.

Performance-wise... aside from the MTM supercharger, there is really nothing. I mean there are exhaust options etc but there is little if any gain. The stock setup is very very efficient, and does not really require modding. Unless for the sake of modding.
