Hopefully Im not jinxing anything since I dont physically have the car yet, but I have a plane ticket booked to go pick up the car on saturday! (These next two days are going to drag on!)
Car is a 2008 Smokey granite mica with the alpine white interior that is 100% stock. Although the car has 150,000KM, it has never been in an accident and still with its original owner. (And I got a great deal)
Im coming from 8+ years in Audis, (B5 A4, B5 A4, B5 S4, B5 S4, B7 S4 Avant) so I am looking forward to a bit more reliability, but slightly concerned about the winter driving. (Wont be driven much as I live four blocks from work, but for random errands etc) But living in Canada you have to be prepared.
I am ordering a Borla catback exhaust and the HPS intake in the next week or so, other than that most things will wait for next spring. Most likely just coilovers and wheels... although headers seem to have the greatest impact...we will see!

Hey everyone! I recently and FINALLY became an ISF owner after a near 4 month wait! And it was worth it! I went from a 2011 IS250 FSport to this special ordered 2014 ISF in USB.
-NAV
-PCS & Dynamic Radar Cruise
-ML Sound
-Alpine White Interior
-2014 Edition F embroidered headrests
-2014 Carbon Fiber trunk Lid
Also picked up some mods while I waited for it to arrive and I swooped up one of the last few full Toms kits I could find which I'm looking to either install myself or get it done within the next week or two. Also picked up a flat bottom steering wheel with matching silver carbon fiber on top thanks to JOSHV Also put on the black pearl emblems the other day
And this is how we met... untouched as requested lol
I love this car... it's everything I expected it to be! The first V8 I've ever owned too...

That is badass, you get to pop the F's cherry in every fasion right down to ripping off her protective clothes, congrats on a nice grab.
New member here! I have been lurking club lexus for years and years and finally bought an isf. I have owned bikes, sti's and evo's in the past but have always wanted an isf since they first came out in 08.
The car I picked up was a mint 08 isf, black in color with nav and mark levinson and sunroof. Fully optioned car and I bought it from the original owner who always serviced it at lexus. I bought it two months ago with 54,000 kms on it (I'm in canada so roughly 33,000 miles) and not a mark on it! I have since put 10,000 kms on it and am absolutely in love with it.
I am very big into automotive events and so far I have had it hot lapping twice at our local track(1.2 mile road course) .
I've been a member for awhile here now but have never introduced myself. I had a 2004 is300, then got a 2008 is350, and just recently got a 2008 lexus isf. the car is smokey mica, with black interior, ML sound, and nav. the car has about 55,000 mile on it and is it great shape, I absolutely love it.
I look forward to posting on the member sale/trade thread I already have quite the collection of lexus parts I'm looking to sell.
Just picked up a 2008 Neiman Marcus Edition a couple weeks ago. This is my 3rd Lexus. First one was a 2001 GS300 and the second was a 2002 GS430.

Been lurking the forum for a month or two...Picked up my '08 IS-F on May 16th, 2014 with 48k miles on it. Obsidian with black interior. I've wanted the IS-F ever since it was first introduced. It took a while, but here it is. Unlike all of my previous vehicles, I'd like to keep this for a very long time. The car is great at everything, and I think is the ultimate daily driver. It's stock for now, with the exception of black vinyl on the window trim and black emblems.
New member checking in from Vancouver Washington! I've owned many brands, just never a Lexus. Have had quite a few BMW's, the last being a 135i. Sold that for a 2011 Mustang GT 5.0. Traded that in on my current ride, a 2013 Subaru WRX STi that is currently stage 2, pro tuned. Fun car, but I've been craving a little more luxury. I never thought an IS-F would be in my price range, but I saw one for sale here in Portland for $29,900. The car has 89k miles, which worried me at first, but after doing some research it seems these cars are pretty much bullet proof! I then broadened my search to the Seattle area, where there seems to be a lot more choices, and have found a few with much lower miles in the $35-$37k range, roughly what I paid for my STi!
Now preparing to return the STi to stock and either sell it or trade it so I can buy an IS-F. I am so fickle when it comes to cars, some only residing in my garage for a few months. The power, luxury and reliability of the IS-f really has my attention. I've also read a number of posts on this forum where owners were much like me, quick to get bored, until they bought the IS-F.
Hope to have one in my garage in the next couple of months, if not sooner. I'll obviously post it up as soon as I get one! In the mean time, I will continue to read here, learn, and prepare!
New member here, I just purchased my 08 SGM F on 10 October. I've always been a fan of the ISF and always thought of the possibility of owning one. Mine is a fully loaded car with 1 previous owner. I love everything about the car so far. 60k miles and located in North Carolina
Just picked up a new to me '12 ISF in USB. Slapped the VFS1's from my salvaged 3GS and away we go. I'll be steady lurking the forums for all kinds of insight to suspension and air flow, right now I'm considering bagging it just for S's & G's since I have the full accuair with air runner from my 3GS parked in the garage.
