Default Dealer negotiating

Hi guys,

i'm interested in buying the is-f and wondering how much you guys bought yours for out the door ( including tax, license fees, registration). I went to a dealer here in norcal and they gave me 60k out the door for an is-f with the package of navigation, ML, NO parking sensors).

the car had a MSRP sticker price of 60,950.

First they asked for 65k otd, then i asked them to go lower, their first offer is 60k out the door. I think they could go lower though by a k or two.

What do you guys think?

You guys should be getting good deals on them. They aren't selling as well as the first 2 months. I would wait a little longer and you will get a closer to invoice on these bad boys.

he dropped 5K right off the bat? They must really be hard to sell. I wonder if there are discounts on M3's.
And thank you CrazyMPG for that great laugh.

My thoughts exactly! I'll have to eat some depreciation on my IS, but if the price is right...............hhmmmmmmm. I thought the F would be selling way above sticker for a long time.

nah, in the current economy no way it will stick at msrp for long. although i didn't expect it to drop this much already (if it's really 60k OTD)
