I'm up to 19mpg, with 60/40 freeway driving (a commute though)..

In my normal driving, I get about 16 or 17mpg... But I drive it hard...

^^ This is much closer to my average. I drive in sport mode and I put the pedal as close to the metal as often as possible (it's not easy to floor it all the way..)

I get 20-21 MPG in mixed (city/rural) driving. Haven't tried hwy yet.

dkaplan435, let us know how many miles you get on your tires before you change them...

I get 19 if I drive easy in "Normal" mode.

Clicking on the "Sport" button, I'm getting 16.

This is one place that my C5 Corvette really excelled in, gas mileage. It's really hard to beat a 6 speed stick. One's "mode" button can change from light to light with a manual transmission.

When I take it easy in normal mode I'm getting between 18-19 in the city. I recently took a trip from Dallas to Austin and averaged 24, which is pretty good considering I was doing 70 with various runs up to 110 when the freeway would be empty

I'm amazed at the gas mileage you're all getting!! My IS350 gets on average about 19-20 city and 24-27 highway. I'm jealous of all your guys, and am going to have to go test drive an IS-F soon!!

I have averaged almost 21 mpg here in Houston since I got my F on March 2nd. I have almost 9,000 miles on mine now, and the mileage improves trip.

I drove my wife's 2008 BMW E93 to Canyon Lake this weekend (she was there with our children and grandchildren while I was at work) and got about 22-23 mpg running about 85-90 mph most of the way.

My F definitely gets better mileage than the E93

IMO, I get about 2-3 mpg less than my IS350 in the city and in the highway, only about 1-2 mpg less due to the tall gearing. Cruising at 60 mph for over 40 miles, I was able to actually average 31.x mpg (according to car computer). Cruising at 80ish gives me only about 25 mpg.

Default Milage...

with about 6100 on my car the overall average is 18.9. On freeway trips such as to Fresno, averaged 25.5. Very decent milage for the performance, style and workmanship. One with the means, this car gets the best of all worlds when factoring in value, mpg, quality, reliablity and performance.

My last trip from NC to home I got 27.2 MPG. I was simply amazed. I average about 20-21 with mixed city - hwy driving which is pretty damn good for a 400+ hp 5.0 liter V8.
