Default IS-F gas mileage

What are you guys getting for gas mileage? Would like to hear what you get for city vs hwy. Seeing if it gets decent mileage on the freeway with the 8spd.

+1. In comparison, my 335 gets 16 mpg, while my IS-F gets 19.

Wow, I don't know how you guys are driving....but in Houston, doing about 40% highway and 60% city stop-n-go driving, I have averaged 16.9 mpg over 2,500 miles.

I typically get 16-18mpg in houston w/ mixed freeway and city driving. When I came back from an austin road trip a few weeks ago, I was getting 23mpg.

I'm really impressed with the MPG. 25 on the highway cruising around 80 mph. If I cruise at 60-65, I'm getting about 28 mpg. Suburb driving is at 19.x mpg right now.

I am surprised by the MPG as well. About 27 MPG cruising just over 70. 20 in mixed suburban driving. 12 when I'm on it.

I just drove 160 miles yesterday and got an average of 27.4mpg! This was from my house in Northern, VA to Gettysburg, PA and back with the Radar cruise set to 65mph most of the trip. Also had a few romps on the on ramps. I'm very impressed with these numbers. My IS350 on the same trip was very good too with just over 30mpg on the same trip. 8th gear FTW!

28 on the highway if conditions are ideal (meaning no heavy head wind) and in town around 19 to 21. Could be a solid 22 in town but there is no way to keep your foot out of the throttle. So driving like a maniac I am still pulling 19 in town and 28 on the highway. The IS-F gets 4 mpg worse than the IS-350 which isn't too bad considering all the extra horsepower and torque you get. It's worth it.

Pleasantly surprised. The trick for normal driving and keeping the MPG up is to keep the rpms below 2000. That puts the avg mpg round 19 in town and suburbia.
