Dbastidas0,
If you are going 80ish on the freeway in 7th gear and you quickly drop down to 3rd gear (hit the left paddle in sport & semi-manual mode 4 times) and go WOT the second you get into 3rd..... this is where my problem is. The car will shift down to 3rd gear immediately. It will go to ~ 4,000 rpms and hesitate for a second. During this second the car will accelerate very slowly. Then after the hesitation the RPMS (and the car) fly like I would expect. It almost feels like the gears and motor are catching up during the hesitation. Is this normal, or do you guys get the immediate full acceleration when you shift into 3rd and then immediately go WOT (like the E46 BMW M3's SMG II transmission)? Thanks for any feedback.

Not enough headroom for a big helmet - for racing. They should've kept the ventilated seats. I wish they kept a higher priority for weight savings - get rid of plastic cladding in the engine compartment, get rid of moonroof. Right there would be 40 pounds. The wheels are nice looking - but they could've used lighter rims - the F-Sport weigh considerably less than the stock IS-F rims. They should've made the "Sport" mode shift just as hard as the manual mode. They should make it that once you put it on sport mode, it stays on sport mode even after turning off the engine.

They do have a moonroof delete option for those wanting to save more weight. I think they didn't put ventilated seats in because it would weigh too much. They could have made it an option though for people who want it.

The reason why ventilated seats aren't added to the IS-F's seats is because of space. If there was the ventilated unit in your seat, you wouldn't be able to sit as low and snug in the seat and those wearing helmets with a taller torso wouldn't fit as well. If you compare a regular 2IS seat to the IS-F's seat, you will see. You actually sit lower in the IS-F than you do with the regular 2IS.

But TBH completely honest -- that just means another challenge
You know, the pursuit of perfection
That'd be my response if I worked for Toyota
Meaning -- ventilated seats should be standard on the IS-F, they should've designed a thinner solution

Ventilated seats #1!!! In Arizona, this is nearly a requirement anymore.
I'm 6'1 and barely fit in this beast. I would not be able to put my simpson helmet on for a track day. My hair hits the roof right now and it annoys me to no end. I suppose I could recline a bit more, but I don't really like to lay down when I drive.
I wish in normal driving mode, it held gears a bit better when slowing or going around corners. The torque converter unlocks and takes a second to find the right gear when rolling back into the power. Sport mode fixes this, but also adds everything else.
