IS-F coil-over?

Anyone know if the mounting point for the IS-F and IS250/350 is the same? The only differences are the spring rate and the internal of the shock?

the mounting is the same except the coilovers for the IS350 are not made for the IS-F because the IS-F is heavier than the IS350....
