Nice article.. thanks. But what happened to the 0-60 times for the F? Did they just use Lexus's estimate or they didn't launch? That's the slowest time I've seen.. slower than the Evo.. ha ha

Yes, it is a nice article, kinda like a travel dairy, sad it lacks any valuable information regarding the cars it featured...
The real world price difference between the IS-F and GT-R is not quite what they are talking about, let's check:
'09 IS-F: MSRP= 56,610 + 4,010 (ML) - 6,000 (rebate everyone has lately) = 54,620 before tax and reg
'09 GT-R: MSPR= 79,090 + 20,000 (Dealer markup) = 99,090 before tax and reg
Quite a big difference, the GT-R do not turn out to be the performance bargain it is hyp'ed to be.

I think they were basing it on Japan's price for the cars between the two...which is not that much of a difference....USA costs are a different story.....

Nice article!! I like how it says the F was the smoothest ride
That is quite low, who knows how they got it

Hard to say. Most likely they just used Lexus' estimate – it didn't seem like they did serious testing..

Not shocking at all really. Happens very often. Road and Track had a shootout earlier this year with I believe the GT3, Scuderia, and Gallardo SL that was from an Italian magazine. Automobile and a few others have done the same thing as well in the past.

The GTR has a certain appeal, but it is not for me. Nissan's interpretation of style continues to drift further and further from my own. bulging lines, ackward head lights....it just does not flow like the F does.
Looking at the three the F has an obvious maturity about it. Performance and luxury in one package.
thanks for the read
