a nice write up my friend! i remember taking the shorter version of this course when i got my F. laguna seca is so much fun to drive. i too regret not taking my camera to get video of my instructor doing drifts along each turn in our "hot lap". i was afraid that cameras weren't allowed, so thats why i didnt bother.
the feel of taking the F to as close as its full potential (stock) as possible was a massive thrill. there is nothing like taking it to a track that enclosed with the twists, turns, and corkscrews. it was difficult at first, because i was not used to simply flooring and not worrying about cops behind me. but once i got a feel for it, it was pure joy. i damn near cried at the end because i didnt wanna leave. for lexus to team up with skip barber was a fantastic marketing move. very fun and very memorable!!
