Too funny. I just bumped into this thread and realized it was my video! 
It was indeed full auto - can't shift and hold camera and steer simultaneously. Not quite that skilled.

And another one for S&G. This time in Sport mode + manual shift through stick (not paddles; not that it matters). I didn't get a great launch; TC didn't kick in but I didn't stomp the throttle off the line. This one is taken from my camera-phone, so the resolution is pretty awful...
