Count me in for both the intake (in black) and the exhaust, f**** smog, it is another 4-5 years away anyway...

BTW..Anyone know whats up with the cars power from 4000rpm to redline? The power goes up and down like a yoyo and seems pretty common with the graphs I've seen of the IS-F.
it's the noise from dyno going 170mph that is causing the graph to look all shaky

No i'm not talking about the noise in the graph. I'm talking about the peak in power around 5k then it dips down before going back up again before red line. I'm actually referring to the 5th gear pull.

EDIT...I should have said 5k and not 4k in my original post. Sorry for the confusion CRAZY. It looks like HoustonT answered my question below about the dip in power.

My dyno plot was smooth with the smoothing set to 5 and I dyno'ed in 6th gear......

Anyhow, I too have similar questions as others:

1. When will it be ready?
2. How much for both the intake and exhaust?
3. Is it an easy bolt-on/bolt-off deal so when I do go smog the car I can put the stocker on?

Thanks!
Peter
p.s. I think the nastiness in the dyno curve has to do with heat soak on the dyno...I think the motor is pulling major timing as after a couple pulls these things heat soak bad on the dyno...

Looks great Joe.
Regarding the dyno I think there is a "sweet spot" to dyno this car where it is up to temp, and not heat soaked. The ECU seems to be very picky about the dyno circumstances. I would love to see what the combo nets on the dyno.

In 5th gear the car was hitting the rev limiter. In 6th gear, the car was hitting the electronic top speed governor!

So with the intake, are you only buying that elbow?? Everything else looks completely stock.

thats what i was going to say...maybe the reason the intake only pulled 5 hp is becasue it is still connected to the stock air box...isin't that the whole purpose of puttting an intake, to remove all the unneccessary air flow before it gets to the engine..i know with the "F" design intake from lexus they offer an aftermarket air box which I am still skeptical about, but the SRT intake takes the airbox out completely. The only thing that stops me from the SRT is that ecu thing. I would like a intake that has the setup of the SRT but without the necessity to touch the ecu and NO AIRBOX...
