update: talked to the service manager they said the unit(screen) is defective they just ordered and told me to hold on to my loaner for couple of days
Interesting, did you ask for anymore as to what they mean by "defective?" Such as different software, wrong screen in the F, anything else? Glad to see your getting it fixed though
