ooh yes i'm sorry allen! i actually ended up just having lexus do it while my car was there for service and it looks very simple.. i watched them do it and it seemed as tho it just "popped" in from the front. the grille is a little flexibile so it looked as if he just bent it together a bit and popped it in.. i would check to see if there are any screws on the back tho... i didnt see him take the old one out i only saw him put the new one in and i dont *think* i saw him put any screws

Thanks! I did try to take it out one weekend, and top and sides do just pop out, but the bottom seems like they are maybe screwed in somehow. I started to remove the screws for the lip, but then stopped. I have my 5000 mile coming up, maybe the dealer will be nice enough to put it in for me for free while I am there, NOT!
