Whats a good way to thoroughly clean these wheels...get to that brake dust behind the spokes?

Welcome to the site and congrats on your F!

To get behind the spokes I usually take a damp microfiber and carefully use my hand to reach back there then after I do all four, I roll the car back or forwards to get the spokes I couldn't get due to the brake calipers.

just take off the wheel and clean behind it....whats so hard about it?

I just use diluted Simple Green, a wheel brush and a spray hose. Once in while, the wheels just need to be taken off, cleaned by hand and waxed with a good high temperature synthetic like Rejex.
