If you are seeing bare metal, then touch up paint is not going to work very well. I suggest taking it to a professional wheel repair or a body shop and have them do it right.
oh my, i dont understand why they made such a stock wheel so expensive.
also i took my wheels before to wheel techniques, and well they do ok job, but once you give them your wheels there is no more clear coat and the metal becomes raw.
Sorry to hear the mishap. The good news is there're many shops can refinish the wheel's damaged spot for < $100 (as long as it's not chrome like NM wheel). Got pics?

my dealer told me they dont offer wheel hazard for the isf. So i am on my own with a isf 1 week old and already damage. Is there some sort of touch up paint,or a way to fix it?

Huh?
They clear-coated one of my Corvette wheels right back to OEM quality and finish. My only in-warranty repair on that car actually.
That is exactl what the wheel and tire package is for
I spent n extra 460 and got a 5 year wheel and tire package. If yo had that then you would have been cleared and the dealership would have to replace or fix.
