Now compare that to the SWT dyno (here) or the JoeZ/PTS dyno (here) where you can see consistent gain across the power band.
Plus, as other have said it, at least in the US, you want your V8 to be heard !

Regardless, it is great to see that torque curve flatten out. See how the stock curve takes a dump at 5,000 rpm? Definitely the weakness of the 2UR-GSE engine. Just look at the new M3's flatter curve for example:

Even though the M3 produces a lot less torque, it gets the most out of it for sure.

Lexus makes a great reliable car but this is why I left them. The IS350 was no mod friendly in a cheap way at all. This is why the BMW 335i is a hot seller. There are lots of mod potential with it. Hell, my 335i is as quick or quicker than an M3 or IS-F up to 100mph. The code of the Lexus cars is impossible to write or change. Notice how that is the holdup with all of the forced induction situations. They could make more turbos and SCers if they could actually get into the ECU better. The engine management system is locked up tight I tell you.
The IS-F is solid the way it is but they made it damn tough to modify in any easy way. Any supercharger kit will require changing the internals or it will be such low boost that it is a joke anyway.

Well for starters, you can't even tell you're running a custom exhaust because it leaves the stock tips intact and they aren't exactly flying off the shelves. I personally like the fact that others know I have modified my car. Moreover, IS-F owners have been salivating for close to a year waiting for an aftermarket exhaust, yet there are barely a handfull of owners in various forums running their exhaust. If their exhaust is such a great system, then why does everyone say they are waiting for Sema?
- Facts -
We have quite a few back orders to fill my friend...
Not everyone who has ordered one posts..
Not everyone wants a Full Cat Back System..
Exhausts are currently still in production..
Everyone here in SoCal that got a test drive with the exhaust, drooled after they salivated...
Thank You

Hi,
Just came back from Sema...got to hear it on start up and take a few pics of it...but it is a one off...so I doubt it will go into production...plus all the heavily modded IS-F there...e.g. the twin turbo one, the five axis stroked to 5.8 Liters, and the supercharged ones haven't been tuned yet...due to problems with getting the ECU retuned...so I doubt any of these stuff will come out for the IS-F...

Very interesting (and suspicious, if you ask me) curve, there seem to be NO gain below 5000rpm (145km/h) and massive-ish gains after.
Now compare that to the SWT dyno (here) or the JoeZ/PTS dyno (here) where you can see consistent gain across the power band.

Let's see 417 hp stock minus 333 on JOE Z's dyno sheet equals........yes, 84 hp drivetrain loss
I don't know how else I can spell it out for you... What am I missing here? I would like it if you would stop attacking my posts..!
