2009 IS-F arrives.........
#20
Congrats and welcome!! I'm shocked at how many of us are present or past NSX owners. Sold my 1996 about 5 years ago. What a great car. Still, I must say, the IS-F is the best car I've ever owned. You will love it! (Great color choice, by the way

Thanks for the kind comments people.
To answer a few questions:
The color of the seats is black. As you know the blue color is visible within the perforated seats and if you take a picture at an angle the blue becomes more noticeable as does the blue stitching.
Here is a pic of the center console. The shiny left side of the nav screen is just due to the flash; The center console is now completely "piano" black.
Thanks for the positive comments on the NSX. I agree several IS-F owners seem to be current or previous owners of the NSX. I guess we know quality and performance when we see it
The NSX is truly quite low. your bottom is about six inches above the road and most cars look like SUVs from within. The Toyota Camry or the Honda Accord tower above it. The NSX is not a drag car but having a center of gravity so low and a superb suspension set up makes it a car that can still hold its own in the curves.
I am waiting [very patiently] for the upcoming NSX replacement that is to debut in late 2009 or 2010 equipped with a normally aspirated 5.0 li V10 [same displacement as the F] and producing around 550 to 600 hp with a torque reportedly around 480 lb/ft. It is to weigh around 3300 to 3500 lbs and offer an advanced version of the SH-AWD.
Best Regards.
