My car does this when dead cold as well, drives me crazy but have not had the opportunity to address it. Joe I am going to remove the muffler sections so I can TIG the two flanges together nicely. Can I get some flange gaskets from PTS directly?

So I removed my jic magic ti bullets for my joez kit and added a bit piece of piping to a set of dual tips. I love the loud roar of the isf and this is just amazing! I'm going to remove the mid pipe set and gut my primary cats next then I'll start running my n20 kit

I don't suggest more than a spot tig weld or two on the midpipe flanges..

Anything more, the heat might cause the edges of the flanges to curl away..

If you can do it in the car, you won't need the gaskets

Thats all it too for mine. Had the vibration that drove me crazy. Took it to a exhaust shop and the tech there literally fixed the issue in 30 seconds and $20 bucks. Single spot weld to keep the flanges together and BOOM....no more vibration

It was a tad annoying to me as well when dead cold, on high idle. A little stitch between the flanges and all is well!

As long as you can get under the vehicle, yes. There are some that have done it on jack stands, which I think would be a hige PIA. Also, i recommend getting OEM Lexus gaskets for between the downpipe and exhaust.

Nevím o EU. Chcete koupit od prodejce v USA?

To může být obtížné. Hayward a Scott jsou ve Velké Británii, může být pro vás jednodušší nakupovat u nich.
