Well, here's what I found under the hood:
As pictured, three boxes of varying sizes, 2 of which appear to be full of fuses, the other full of wiring harnesses.

The one to the far side is the fuse box. I assume then that the other is the housing for the ECU that Andy was describing.

I second that. That's where my SRT "race ecu" had to be soldered to.

Are they all connected to the ECU/TCU?

I edited the picture to give you guys a hand in here..

The Red Arrow is pointing to the Main ECU in the engine bay...
Think of it as a large silver Rectangle.. The rest can't be seen since all the connectors are over it... But once all the connectors are un-plugged, it will be pretty clear on how it slides out once unbolted..

You can see one of the bolts that hold the ECU in place....
