That is a relief and as I have not recieved mine yet I cannot check. I just assumed that it was formed b/c I think my 600hL's plate holder is part of the bumper(I have not really taken a close look, but I will tonight when I get off work).
Yeah for your 600, it should be a color keyed plate holder. We get jipped here in the US with the plain black plate bracket. In Japan, it's color keyed with full plate backing for the whole license plate.

Yeah, the color coded bracket is pretty good as we have to have the front number plate on the car.
I just checked my 600hL and it is also a bracket that is bolted to the bumper. It looked liked it was part of the bumper and I had to look really close to see that it wasn't.
I'm kind of torn...the LM's do look good, but it makes the IS-F look like any other IS. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge BBS fan (I have some rare BBS FORGED RS-II's on my Supra, and have been in contact with BBS about possibly making more rims that are Japanese fitment), but I've seen LM's on regular IS's also and the stock wheels look so damn good and really set apart the IS-F from the other IS's.
