Haha! Yes... very different! First time Lexus owner! Started out looking for IS-250...Then 350... then I just couldn't get away from the idea of the F... Beautiful car and not going to lie...love the attention when someone hears it start up.

Same story here lol..started looking at the 250/350 and was too intrigued by the idea of a V8 being stuffed into this chassis to pass up the F.

Like you mentioned, I continue to be surprised at how much attention the car gets pretty much anywhere it goes. Part of the allure of this car for me was the "sleeper" factor but at gas stations/stores etc you'de think it was a full blown exotic or something based on peoples reactions/comments.

I'm 42 and love the car but am going to order up the KW V3 coilovers to soften up the ride a bit/fill the front wheel gap.

 

25 here, own the car outright and love it.

Just turned 22, put half down and still have loan on car. Working full time corporate and have a few rental homes. Paying for car on my accord

 

financially....i guess i got a lot catching up to do comparing to most of you

turning 29 in few days....still have two years left on the car..........but the car prolly has to go if the bank accepts my offer for my 1st home

I just got my F last month and I feel like an old man based on the ages in this thread. I am 43 and this is the first time I have purchased a true performance car. I am happy I took the plunge with the IS-F! It is definitely the most fun car that I have owned.
