Man, I was BORN smart. I was smart at 16, smart at 18, smart at 21, 25, 30, and now I'm at the pinnacle of my intelligence at 34. LOL
Honestly, I'm a fool when it comes to cars. I'm reasonably intelligent with investments - only lost oh, about 22K of the 32K invested so far (mostly day-trading). I'm pretty good with real estate too. Sold last house for a 70K loss. But when it comes to cars, man, check out my last 10 cars between myself and my wife. Keep in mind I only finished school in 2003 and wife finished in 1999: 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L, 2008 IS-F, 2006 RX400h, 2006 IS350, 2004 RX330, 2003 ES300, 2002 ML500, 2001 C240, 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8, 1999 Honda Accord LX, 1998 Civic EX, 1997 Camry LE (actually, the camry my folks bought me). Most of them bought and sold. 4 of them were leases which I broke every single lease.
My investments suck, my real estate sucks more, my cars suck the most!!! If I just kept the 1997 Camry LE and the Jeep Grand Cherokee and saved my freaking money, I could be in a Ferrari F430 by now!!! (which is my dream car presently)
Anyways, I'm 34. Wait. Didn't I respond to this thread already? I'm showing my age...

26. Financed and pay for it myself. Have a house with a mortgage. Have maintained a steady, legitimate job since I was 16.
First car was a used '98 GS300 (30K?) when I was 18; then a 2002 GS300 SportDesign at 20; then a '04 Infiniti FX45 Sport loaded ($60K) at 21(?); then a '06 Infiniti M45S loaded (22-25; longest I owned a single car!)
Moral of the story? I've pissed away a lot of money on cars.
