is-f sc430 engine swap?

i wonder if you could swap engines? that would be kinda cool! sc430 is so slooooooow! bet it would be nasty fast! oh i know slooooooow has one but his is the fast ones that can be upgraded!

I think you would have to switch trannys too. Its possible but im sure its really expensive. Why bother? Wait for the IS-fc. P.S. you misspelled "could". I think scott has the SC300/400. Which is not the same thing.

The SC430 chassis is to heavy in the first place and I am not sure on the clearances from the ISF motor to the body. I don't think it would fit without cutting some of the frame or strut towers. It would better in a SC300/400 chassis. That I would have a feeling that that 33/400 would be favored over the 430.
