Question IS-F and F-Sport compatibilty

So Ive been doing reserach on 3 forums and Lexus to try and get definitive answers as to wether the F-Sport Accessories offered are compatible on the IS-F

So far, Ive read that Sway bars are thicker on the front if using F-Sports.

Also, that rear Chassis Brace will work on the IS-F

I cant seem to find definitive answers on the Springs and Bilsteins shocks

I was told by a Lex Serv Tech that they are already on the car, just not in the F Sport "Blue"!!

Is this true?? This kind of didnt make sense to me since he said that the sway bars and chassis brace were already on it too which many members say its not.

Can anyone confirm what exactly is on the IS-F as compared to F-Sports accessories available.

I know F-Sport CAI will not work and that Brembo Brakes are already on it

This will help me decide what I should be looking at as possible add-ons.

Thanks!

haha...only thing that will work is the F-sport AWD sway bar...haha...but why go F-sport for an IS-F? Wait for some aftermarket ones...heh...cuz I don't think Lexus will honor your warranty if you get the F-Sport stuff and put it on your IS-F...lol

Careful.

The F-sport rims DO NOT fit on the IS F.

The dealer originally was going to put the F-sport wheels on as my winter set up....they don't fit.....hence the giant gouges on my calipers when they tried to roll it out.

Just so we're clear, there is a way to make them fit (hopefully JoeZ will clarify again), but the stock F-sport set-up will do this to your calipers:

Sorry about the crappy pic quality, but this isn't exactly something I want to retain for posterity.

WOW!! Thats craaazy! Sad to see those calipers like that.

Thanks so far for the input...

So Im guessing only Sway Bars and Rear Chassis Brace (as direct bolt-on) will fit IS-F??

Wheels Im looking at are aftermarket btw...and hopefully a JoeZ Intake for performance parts...
