I asked my dealer on Saturday to program some of the personalized settings and they programmed all the ones I wanted but would not touch the seat belt chime one because of "liabilities". So silly, I would have signed something if it made them feel better, but no they won't. So I'll guess I need to find someone else to program it or see if Lexus Corporate Support can push them to do it.
