We'll run the car at MIR before adding the 3" catback.

As you can see previously we were just under 400rwtq most of the curve with a peak of 402rwtq--over 400rwtq from 4900-5000rpm. We now make 400rwtq+ from 3100rpm-6000rpm peaking at 435rwtq @5100rpm. HP now peaks at 6100rpm with 462rwhp on tap (previously 436rwhp@6300rpm)

Previously we made 300rwhp+ from 4000rpm, now we make 300rwhp+ from 3800rpm.

Previously we made 350rwhp+ from 4700rpm, now we make 350rwhp+ from 4400rpm.

Previously we made 400rwhp+ from 5300rpm, now we make 400rwhp+ from 4900rpm+.

Peak gains are 26rwhp/33rwtq (with the stock catback still in place) with huge gains in average horsepower and torque. We expect 480rw SAE in 5th gear on straight 93 with our catback added, and close to 500rw SAE on 100 (with the same tune).

A/F was nice and safe in the low to mid 12s after 4000rpm.
OH AND IT SOUNDS NASTY!!!!!

Any plans to test LT's on the F in conjunction with the ECU/TCU upgrade, and intake?

Cheers

Thanks Colin!

Can't wait to hit the track on the 23rd. Our overseas trip got pushed back to this Sat (7-10 days) as the list keeps growing; meaning we have to spend more time getting base cals ready for different vehicles.

Yes, we'll have packages available for the IS-F soon including headers, tuning, T-stats, etc.

Prepping for this trip is killing us, but after the jet lag ends we'll begin work on the IS-F LTs.

Thanks!

Hey Juanca, Did you ever install the joe z intake exhaust combo with your v2 ecu programing from MHP?

If so, what were the results?

I tried, I PM'ed Luis (I think that's the name of the guy that was running the GB) plenty of times because I had a problem with his website, it didn't want to take my order because of my shipping address, but he never asnwered and the GB ended. I guess I'll have to wait until the next GB.

You are ready to buy something that hasn't been tested and proven as of yet?

Guys - be patient - first, we don't know if anyone has volunteered their F for fabrication, second, it's going to be a very tight fit. There's not much room for the exhaust in our cars as it is. Squeezing four tubes and a decent collector with a high flow cat into the available space is no small feat. Add to this the O2 sensors still need to be connected and working and you've got a pretty tough bill to fill. Give them a chance and some time to get it done and done right. It will be worth the wait if it can be done.

Since this system won't pass any inspection and will be for off-road use only, why do we bother having high flow cats? We can fool the O2 sensors so no CEL will be triggered, that will help with the clearence issues.

It could pass inspection in a lot of states, just not California. If there are working cats, then you don't need to play games with O2 simulators - testing this technology on the IS350s equipped with Mazzuri's header was very frustrating for a few owners who had recurring CELs because the ECM is a little smarter than the O2 simulator. If you have a cat, you'll not have to fool anything.

I'm debating going ahead and ordering the JoeZ exhaust of waiting till the full Longtube Headers are out, cause they they might have an exhaust that might work better with them than the JoeZ exhaust...

ohh decisions =(
