This is what happens when you don't take your portable GPS out of your car. You might ask why are you using a portable GPS vs. the Lexus GPS? I never liked the Lexus GPS and when the car was purchase I had no other choice.
The worse thing is when they yanked the GPS from the power cord they basically ruined the connector on the GPS because half of it was still on the car charger. $950 to repair the window from my local Lexus dealership (Insurance is paying for it)

Be sure they take the door apart and get ALL the glass out. If glass shards get into the door latch mechanism it can bind and disable you from opening the door. Definitely not cool.

No dedutable correct, but my GPS has to be claimed under my home owner's insurance. Lucky I use AAA for my auto and home.
Lexus Steven's Creek is taking care of the car and getting all the glass out, no third party junk.

The mount for the aftermarket nav system.
I know you said a Lexus dealer is doing the work, but just be sure they do it 100%. One of the guys on the MkIV mailing list (yeah there still is one) had his door handle go completely inoperative because someone had broken the driver's side window at one point in the car's life and the glass shards got stuck in the door latch making it impossible to open the door or to remove the inside door panel. Our cars do not slim jim, so he ended up going in through the slot and removing enough of the glass to at least get the door open to finish the job. So, regardless of who does it, you really don't want to be somewhere with a door that absolutely won't open when you need it to. Be sure they do the whole job including the cleaning since the glass will likely be replaced by a subcontractor.
